To switch users in Ubuntu, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Activities" button in the top left corner of the screen. This will open the dashboard.
  2. In the top right corner of the dashboard, click on your user avatar. This will open a drop-down menu.
  3. In the drop-down menu, click on the "Switch User" option.
  4. A new login screen will appear, where you can enter the username and password of the user you want to switch to.
  5. Once you have entered the correct login credentials, click on the "Sign In" button to switch to the new user account.

Note that you will need to have the necessary permissions to switch to another user account. If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will not be able to switch users.

To switch users in Ubuntu, you can use the following methods:

  1. Logout and login with a different user: Click on the power button icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Select "Log Out" from the dropdown menu. On the login screen, enter the username and password of the user you want to switch to, then click on the "Sign In" button.
  2. Use the Fast User Switching applet: Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys simultaneously. On the login screen, you will see a list of available user accounts. Click on the user account you want to switch to, and then enter the password for that user, if prompted.
  3. Use the terminal: Open a terminal by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T. Run the following command: sudo su -

Each method allows you to switch to a different user account on Ubuntu, so choose the one that suits your needs.
